PRIVILEGED SITUATION
Located in the village of Sopelana, in Bizkaia. It has a population of 11.000 people. There are a number of nice big beaches in the area.
The Modus Vivendi Hotel is well situated. It is only 17 Kms. from Bilbao and 35 Kms. from Urdaibai Nature Reserve, which UNESCO named it in year 1984. Gernika and Bermeo are the main villages in the area.
Located in relaxing area, 200m from the City Hall, restaurants, shops and has good transportation links.
Directions: Once on the A-8 highway go in direction Leioa-Airport. Follow the road in the direction Leioa/Getxo/Plentzia. Continue and go in direction Sopelana downtown/Plentzia. Once you have passed the Shell petrol station, in the km. 20,8 of the Bilbao-Plentzia road (BI-634), turn right crossing in direction Mungia; so we entered the village of Sopelana. At first light, turn left (C/Sipiri); go straight, passing a roundabout which is a font and in the encounter with the next side street (C/Mendieta) is the Hotel. A three-storey independent building located to the right on the corner, with a slate roof and a garden in the outer perimeter.
